Is there a market for 22 LR brass? A friend used to use them to make bullets for his 22 Hornet.

I know one of the local guys at the range sweeps up all the 22lr brass as well as any other discard brass an when he gets a 5gallon bucket full he sells it at the scrap yard.
Bout all I have heard of

Corbin sells a set of dies for making bullet jackets from spent .22 casings. They also sell lead wire and tools for forming lead cores and swaging bullets. They are very expensive, but in the long run a fellow with time on his hands could turn out a lot of bullets. BTW, those bullets are supposed to be quite accurate.
