Ammo- Fed. Prem. 2 3/4" #4 Buck Mag / 34 shot
Use- Fox,Cotote,H.D.
Shooting positions- 50 yard=prone w) bag, 40 yard = prone w) bag, 35 yard kneeling, 25 yard standing, 7 yard standing

Pic 2 = 7 Yard low Left 3 1/2" dia. pattern,standing, point of impact dead on. 25 yard center,standing, 100% pattern, main pattern minus fliers 15" dia.

Great thread and pics.

Good for you getting out there and actually putting your "loads" on paper!

I prefer 4Buck to 00B for many things. Once I killed two mule deer with 4B at @50 and @70yards.

4Buck is highly under-estimated.

Got some great patterns there it looks like. I also prefer #4 Buck for predator hunting. Here is my pattern at 40 yards with 3" #4 Buck...

Remington Supermag 3 1/2" chamber...
Hastings .640" choke (very tight choke for #4 Buck)

Remington yellow box 3" #4 Buck...
3 1/2" didn't pattern worth a crap thank God. Probably due to the choke constrictions. But I'm not complaining, recoil was horrible...

It puts down predators in a hurry and this pattern allows be to shoot them facing me up to 40'ish yards or so which is a big deal, especially night hunting...
