Elf,
Thanks for giving us an opportunity to help. My daughter's softball team takes the field tomorrow in a tournament. My daughter and I have always had a tradition of dropping to a knee and saying a prayer before the start of the first game of every tournament. Several of the other girls have picked up on this and join us for a moment of silence as we pray for our individual needs. We will have you in our prayers tomorrow morning, and tonight as well. Hang in there.

Haven't heard much more on how things are going. That I hope is a good thing, my brother is on his way to upstate NY to get the first hand scoop. My brothers and I are all spread out across the country and he is the one with the POA so it made sense for him to make the trip at this time. He has trying to get her to move to Oregon with him but no go as she has dug her heels in.
Thank you all for the prayers and wishes and when I know more I'll post an update.

I think I should clarify my meaning, we here in the Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo consider this part of the State,, Upstate. Not necessarily Albany

The updated news is..
She is home from the hospital with Oxygen and assorted other meds. My oldest son is there and set up her oxygen for her but she keeps readjusting it on him (ergghh). My daughter in law Shannon is on her to stay with her until my brother Chris can get there.
Still working on getting her to agree to assisted living either in NY or out in Oregon with my one brother. Without supervision she will not take her meds and then her health will decline more rapidly then it is.
Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts sent her way.

That is so much like what I just went through for the last year with my Mother. I lost her on 5/17. You have my most sincere prayers my friend.
