My Remington 700 BDL Varminter 25.06 is my favorite. Currently customizing it. I've had it completely re-blued to a matte black and a target crown added. It has a Timney trigger set to 3 lbs. I've set a Leupold VX-II 6x18x40 AO atop with Burris Signature rings mated to Leupold bases (Weaver style). I'm waiting for my HS Precision stock, due any day now, and a new bottom plate/trigger guard from Williams, also due any day. To this I'll be adding a Harris 8-13" swivel bipod, and a black leather sling when I find one worthy.
When I get it altogether, I'll post a few before and after pics.

I'm pretty certain RAS can guess my favorite lever.
Favorite bolt is most certainly the Bumblebee, shotgun in an older 870 in 16 gauge, and rim is my first rifle, a Ruger 10/22 Deluxe.

rimfire...61 Winchester for shooting. The shots I've made with that...
rimfire...52 Win Sporter for looking and a different sort of shooting.

Bolt... I guess I've got a mind-meld with my Model 7 for some reason, so there it is. It's a .358 but it still felt electric in my hands as a 7-08.
Lever... they have come and gone. I couldn't say. Perhaps the old beater 30-30 I gave my brother. The 44 mag Marlin I still have is bitchin'. I do like my platypus BLR a lot, but it's a fairly platonic relationship.
Shotgun... easy... Citori 12-ga Upland FW (or something like that). Only, I had one that I killed a LOT of grouse and quail with, and a few pheasants. It was a plain-jane, field-grade gun that I beat around pretty good. Then I had to go and get it replaced under warranty, and the bastards went and sent me a PURTY Citori. So, same gun... sort of... and I like it a lot... but it hasn't yet reached the status of the first one, and with the mountain quail and good grouse hunting an $80 tank of gas away... it's gonna take a while.
.22... the one I had in high school that lived behind the seat of my '79 Chevy Scottsdale with the anemic 305 V8. It was a Winchester semi-auto that would double up sometimes. I could walk my rounds into a running jack rabbit with that rifle. Bought it in a pawnshop in Albuquerque before a ZZ Top concert. Had to buy the magazine tube at the pawnshop next door because they couldn't sell me both at the same shop... wierd.
The CENTER will hold.

I guess the fav bolt I own is kind of boring, mid/early 90's production M70 push feed walnut/blue featherweight in 30-06. Burris FFII 3-9 40mm bplx. Dad bought me that one.
I really struggle with the lever and rimfire question because I almost want to say they are one and the same. 9422M traditional (straight grip walnut stocks with checkering) in .22 mag.
If I had to pick a centerfire lever I suppose I'd go with my post 64 M88 in .308 with fixed 4x loopie. Nicest pressed checkering I know of, the basket weave & the acorn/oak leaf clusters with a simple oil finish are out of this world. Although the trigger is trash when compared to the triggers we hope for in our bolt rifles it adds a bit of personality to the rifle, you have to know it pretty well to be good with it.
pump shot gun?
Only pumps I've ever had is 870's
I'm not an artsy or precision shotgun guy. If we are to think of a shotgun as a tool then I'd say my shot guns are kind of like a pipe wrench, not pretty at all, but very strong & functional, the work they do is not glorious & they are cared for about the same.

Bolt: This is a tough one, but "today" it's Mel's Rem 700 Classic in 250 Savage, with a Swaro PF 6x42 on top. It's hugely accurate. Lever: Martini Cadet in 218 Bee Rimfire: A tie (How's that for diplomacy ) CZ 452 22RF Prestige Model with excellent wood, with a Leupold 3-9 on top. Then, a Ruger 10-22 Sporter all tricked out with a Claude Gatewood Walnut stock that will knock your eyes out. Shotgun: Traditions SxS 410 gage
