It will be an interesting election night...although I'm gonna miss Tim Russert this time.

I'm not making any predictions. I got McCain and Obama right but in the general I'm not getting much of a sense of anything yet. Most likely because I'm focused on going elk hunting in two days and not paying attention to inconsequential stuff like politics. They should have elections in the spring. Fall is for hunting.

I agree that I am afraid that Obama might win. I am afraid of what he and the Democratic congress congress will do if they are elected. It failed in Russia and I don't want them to try it here.

So what has Obama ever done that causes you to think we will be "swamped with tolerance and understanding" ? I can't think of anything. In fact he has done just the opposite.

He belonged to a church for 20 years that taught "Black Liberation Theology". This religion combines black supremcy, racism against whites and socialism/communism. How can we expect "tolerance and understanding" from someone who belongs to such a horrible evil religion ?

Then you look at his activities in the US Senate. You would expect someone who is full of "tolerance and understanding" to be able to work with members of the other party. To compromise with those who he disagrees in order to accomplish something for the good of the country as a whole. Well Obama falls short there too. He has no major accomplishments and the most liberal voting record in the senate. Not only that but he avoided difficult choices and making his opinion know on most issues by declining to take a position and voting present on a huge number of issues.

So before repeating propaganda and slogans you should get your facts strait.

I'm scared that I live in a country that became great (imo because we were allowed the freedom to use whatever gumption, guts and grit necessary to become as unequal as allowed on the most level playing field possible, starting with the premise that we are created equal) that dang near 50% of the folks would vote for an idiot snake oil salesman like Al Gore. you gotta love how it's war to enrich Haliburton, but never carbon credits so A.G. can keep up the lifestyle he's accustomed to.

I'm scared that we even needed to go the Supreme Court for the right to defend ourselves with 200 year old technology.
