My experience with women, especially ugly women (dims)...... Palin is the kind of women they hate.....I'm not sure a conservative looker pulls Hillary voters. Very valid point!

Really....Many of those on the sites were Dem leaners saying that this pick has them pulling the lever for McCain. Well,...that's what FOX says, of course,...but you can't believe that network when it says, "good morning". It's the Pravda of the west.

Most voters are stupid and shallow.
Working class democrat guy, do I vote for the black guy or the babe, babe gets the vote.
Shallow minded woman voter, Sarah gets the vote.
McCain/Palin don't need the hard core left, just the swing vote.

What are your reservations? She's too inexperienced & too young and believes in man-made global warming. Also, I just have issues with women as mothers/C-in-C. I would have preferred Romney over both, but I can certainly live with it and I certainly hope I'm proven wrong on my concerns.jorge Your concerned that someone might think twice about committing our youth to combat? Just maybe, ya know, think matters through a bit? BTW, being a mother didn't keep Maggie Thatcher from sending her boys to the Falklands and kicking ass.

I am ok with her. My vote was with Conde all along BUT she just wasn't "going there".

There was an article about her in Alaska magazine earlier this year. Based on that, she gets a thumbs up from this Pa. ridgerunner.

What prediction? In any event, there's no sour grapes from me. McCain may as well have picked a mannequin for his veep. Palin will have no impact on McCain's administration whatsoever. She's just window dressing.

Hillary may be envious of Palin's nomination, but Bill Clinton is kicking himself for not having a VP that looked so good.

Before we celebrate too much, keep in mind what the VP actually does... The only way this will truly effect anything is if McCain leaves office before his term is up.

Jorge "Well as a CWO in the shallow water civilian navy, it doesn't take much to impress you."
As someone without personal military experience (my father retired as an AF bird col) but with much experience with CG activities I think your comment is chickenshit.
My experiences with AF jet jockeys have been "special" and not impressive in any positive way... art
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

Now thats the best kind of shock and awe. McCain may be on to something...a new approach to diplomacy.
The end of democracy, and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations.

McCain's going to have a difficult time trying to play off of Obama's inexperience now.
His running mate is the governor of a state with a total population about the size of the metropolitan area of a medium sized eastern city.
