Then again with pregnancy being almost 100% a personal choice (rape and incest obviously wouldn't be) he just might believe that personal business/choice is just that and not part of the government's problem.

The libs have come up with a great way to prevent teen pregnancy without requiring teens to quell their raging hormones. Homosexuality! It's the cool way to prevent teen pregnancies! If anybody comes up with ANY program that stops boys from chasing, and occasionally catching girls,and vice versa, I'll eat my hat.

It's my guess that if the truth were known 40% of the folks on this site were premature. I was. Two years after my folks' wedding, I came two months earlier than expected. There was doubt that I'd live until sun-up. In some quarters, there's still some doubt that I did.  (I'm not sure, myself.)
