Went out last weekend and whacked my third bull in three years. Each of the three has been taken on my first evening out. This is getting hard to believe and I'm the one doing it! Took this guy just before dark at 35 yards.

Yep. I would rather be lucky than good, but that only works once or twice. You have to be good when you go 3 for 3. Congratulations!

Centershot,
Wow, this is awesome! Nice going.
That looks really thick where he fell, but do I *perhaps* see an opening to a meadow behind you...maybe 50 yards or so?

Not exactly a meadow, but an opening full of curran bushes about 100yards long and 75yards wide (with bear crap every where) is where I took the shot. When I shot him he went about 30 yards and found the nastiest blow down area he could to crash into. Go figure.

Nice bull, good shooting, and it isn't luck it's homework and hard work I'd guess. Congratulations.
