Just curious how you all feel....... If you were NOT packing a spotter would you prefer the larger 8x43 glass over an 8x33? Reason I ask is I'm just about to upgrade my bino's, and I've never owned an 8x43 glass. I'm curious if I'll gain anything from packing the larger glass, especially when I'm not packing my spotter. How many of you would prefer 8.5x43 glass over an 8x33 glass if you didnt have a spotter with you? I'm looking at the Minox HG, and the (listed) weight difference between the 2 is only 1.6oz, so I'm not really saving any (considerable) weight by going with the smaller 8x33, though they still would be a smaller package. With only a 1.6oz difference, how many of you would say I'd be better off with the larger 8.5x43? Thanks for your time and any opinions in advance...........

Pretty much have decided to go with my original idea of going with the 8x33 or 8x32, so there's no need to voice anymore opinions for me, unless you all really want to that is........ Thanks for the above responses........
