I'd like to trade my Winchester model 70 stock. It's a spare I have for my .223 I picked up a couple of years ago. I got the stock brand new (even though I'm sure it's at least 20 years old). It's a Winchester stock - not an aftermarket model.

The stock is in very good condition. It is not glass bedded or messed with in any way. It's picked up a couple of scratches along the way. No deep gouges or anything like that. I think with a little bit of sanding & some refinishing you'd be on your way.









I'm looking for an aftermarket standard Mauser 98 stock. I would prefer a narrow barrel channel. NO junk. Nothing painted. Plastic works - wood even better. I'm looking for a drop in stock that will take a minimal amount of time to glass bed & be done with.

I do have 2 brand new Winchester stocks exactly like this for sale. Brand new = right out of the Winchester factory 20+ years ago. Brand new = NIB. These are for sale only - $75 shipped to your door. No pictures yet. They both look exactly like the one in the pictures except there is abosutely no finish or stain on them.

I have two synthetic Mauser 98 stocks. I think at leas one is a Butler Creek Mauser 98 stock. I'll trade.

are those Win stocks SA or LA?
