I just manted to know how hard it is for a non resident to draw a muzzle loader tag for Colorado unit 78

Took 2 points for me in '06. I'm saving again for another trip but will probably wait until I have 3 next time before I make plans.

In the area we hunt (711), it was taking 2 in years past but has been 3 the last couple of years. You can still get muzzleloader cow tags without any pref points if you are meat hunting. I've been getting cow tags the last couple of years while my preference points accumulate. I've got 3 now, so hopefully will get a bull tag in '09.

Ain't nothing quite like hunting bulls with a muzzleloader. Going next year again and can't wait. 8.5 months to go!
