I'm looking for a McMillan short-action Model 70 stock that perferrably isn't a varmint contour. This will be for a 25-284 for a nice light hunting package.
I'm also looking for a McMillan Classic or Mountain rifle stock for a Long-Action Model 700 with a standard factory contour. ADL, factory BDL, or my inlet is preferrable.
I'll do cash, trade, or both for my wares if anyone is interested.
Those that have traded with me before know that you'll get more than your money's worth on the trade.

Matt,
I have a McM Mnt rifle, LA, BDL. Black with Decelerator pad. Mnt rifle barrel contour.
I've used it a couple years on my .338-06, but there's no marks.
It's a great stock, but believe it or not, I like the feel of the TI stocks better.
I don't know what my stock is worth. (Guessing $300 - $350?) Would like a partial trade of a LA TI if posible, or straight cash. What other trades do you have?
PM coming.

Matt, I have a NIB McMillan "Winchester Classic" SA RH stock, factory sporter barrel inlet, standard LOP, black paint. I have plans for it, but if you could somehow find a new-style SS SA M70 one-piece bottom metal assembly and an old-style SS LA M70 one-piece bottom metal assembly somewhere in the dark recesses of your warehouse, I'd be willing to do a trade...
Some shooting knowledge: Don't stand in front of the muzzle. Some hunting knowledge: Too much noise ruins the hunt.

I could do either one of those in steel, but several weeks ago I turned this place upside down to try and get out the only ones in stainless I had left.

I have a Rem 700 la McMillan mountain rifle swirly, dark gray and white, bdl. I think the barrel channel is around a #2 with a short shank. I don't have a standard Rem barrel to try, but a mag contour barely doesn't fit, so it should be real close. The stock has been profesionally pillar bedded.

I was thinking $400. PM me your email address and I'll send some pictures. I don't have a photobucket account. Thanks.
