Hello to everyone at the fire. I am new around these parts and am quite pleased to find this forum associated with shooting/hunting. Gentlemen, I ask all of those willing to add to thier list of prayers, one for my wife. She is an Army reservist who has been called to duty to serve her country. She has left me and our 3 young sons and our home to care for her fellow soldiers as a Nurse Practitioner/OIC for a Field Hospital Unit. I'm sorry but I'm told that much more detail would breech security. She is due to transport to Afghanistan in a very few days and will remain there serving her country for a period of 12 to 18 months. Please pray for her safety and well being, as well as all of our brothers and sisters who are in harm's way. Thank you, Tim

Thank you to each and every one of you offering the words of encouragement and prayers. For an update, I strongly believe that she and the rest of her unit are on thier way to positions in Southern Afghanistan. I send my prayers with her and her unit.
