I very excitedly began to seek interested people who might be in to writing a "24 Hour" cookbook Well, it all seemed to be started when I am sure some of you must of thought I had disappeared with my cook book idea but nothing could be further from the truth
The simple fact is that cancer has again made a personal attack on my family and as a family we are fighting.. daily trips 70 miles round trip for radiation therapy... helping out in any way we can
right now a pot of venison broth is brewing on the wood stove as she can only get very soft to liquids down
we are at -31 degrees this morning and just when we made it to 0 degrees the wind kicked up. So please my friends I did not abandon you I just took all of my energies to another "project"
I ask only that you forgive me and prayers for my mother in law as she and we battle throat cancer.

You've got nothing to be sorry for. Take good care of you and your family. A cookbook can simmer on the back burner. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. Stay warm and know there are many here that will keep warm and healing thoughts in their hearts for you and yours.
