I have used it a lot as a fireforming powder in 223AI, gotta love it at $14 Canuck bucks a pound.
These are fireforming loads with the Hornady 55 grain SP, so in other words they are standard 223 loads. WW brass and F205M primers.
24.0 grains = 3135fps
24.5 grains = 3200 fps
25.0 grains = 3260 fps
25.5 grains = 3300 fps
26.0 grains = 3360 fps
Typical top end loads with 55 grainers in the standard 223 is 3250 fps, so I used the 25.0 grain load seated to 2.313� (to touch leade)
It's a good powder. Dirty but you can scrub that.
Leon gave good advice, think 5% faster then H335, or real close to H322.
