Our usual Saturday evening,

First, Vigil Mass.

Then, we'll stop on the way home and pick-up at Chopsticks Express in Milwaukie. Karen has a "single" vegetable chicken, which is served over sticky rice. I always have the shrimp chow mein. It's absolutely GREAT.

The ladies of the house (wife, daughter and granddaughter) just told me we were having bacon, eggs and scratch pancakes. We sometimes enjoy breakfast for an evening meal.

I love Breckass fer dinner....the kids find it's a real treat. We'll go crazy and have Chocolate chip waffles with ice cream and bacon or sausage. It's a treat and a heck of a lot of fun.

Tonight is roast leg of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes.

That's good stuff right there.

Blackberry pie is one of my favorites.
