Did Winchester use a standard length action (06) with blocked magazine box for .308 case design ?? If so can anyone supply part numbers for follower, follower spring and magazine box?

Don't have numbers for you, but yes, all model 70's were long actions until 1985.

Magazine - U353070970
Spring - U356420930
Follower - U353601020 (this is a graphite edition, only one listed)

You may find some of these will not be available to you as they're on 'restricted' lists.. I think it's because they're getting low on inventory..
