The online pdf Weatherby catalog lists the XXII SA. The SA stands for semi-automatic. Looks very much like a 10/22, says they're working with Magnum research. The magazines look Ruger, the action looks Ruger. Has anyone handled a Magnum Research 10/22??? I'm wondering if they are going to sell just the stocks?? One of those stocks, turn down a bull barrel to fit in. Could be nifty .... Don't think I'll be buying one after my last XXII experience. But I don't think Weatherby could screw-up a 10/22 smile

The catalog says pricing will be on the Web, but its not listeed on the web.

I've had some ejection issues that Weatherby wouldn't fix ... as a matter of fact, they said it was normal. Show me a RH rifle that is normal to eject between the scope and action?? I had to buy the parts to fix it properly myself!! It was returned to me with a missing e-clip which rendered the safety and trigger worthless. I was told they didn't touch it when it was there (that's not hard to believe since nothing was done to it). They did offer to send me a free e-clip but it would take 2-3 weeks. Well they did send my a new e-clip and didn't charge me for it ... HOWEVER, they did charge me $7.80 to ship it to me!! While waiting, I was able to buy 25 of these clips at the local hobby shop for $2.99.

I really do like the products they market ..... but their customer service SUCKS

I have only seen the suggest retail price. It is given as a range as I recall in their new catalog which you can download at their website.
