All: My father is visiting me this week and I tasked him with cleaning most of my guns while I was at work. My wife took a quick picture of him doing his thing this morning. I thought the picture was funny since she caught him cleaning my new to me 358. They are clean as a whistle now. I think he needs to visit more often...

Came to visit my Son & family and it evolved from a social event to a labor event. Oh well, it was labor or love, or so my good Son told me. So, let's say we put up that 358 cal. Savage 99 for $200? I think that's a fair price. I was going to ask $150, however, it's clean now, so the price goes to $200. I don't think he'll mind, however, send the check to Mi (our secret ) By the way, somebody assumed I was old. I'm not, however, of late, it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night.

When it comes to choosing friends....I'm at an age where I'd rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

No, it's not the one that was dropped. Understand, however, that the barrel of the 358 cal. had a slight angle in the barrel after I inadvertently backed over it with Jeff's truck, but, I fixed it in the vice. Looks pretty straight now, however, use extreme caution the first time you're ready to fire/blast that trophy squirrel in the woods!
