The ladies just don't get it. I get the same reaction from my wife. I brought an older truck home to show her, and she told me to take it back where I got it from.  There were no payments on it, I know that.

grisslee bill, yeah they have the manual hubs. It's been a manual over auto set up for many years.
the idea is that if the auto actuator fails, you can get out & spin them in manually. Very nice feature I think.
Agree Dave, The actuators do fail and usually when you really need the 4 wheel drive the most. Like to see Ford dump the auto 4 X 4 and go back to manual. Now I need to run off and find a place to hide before Mrs. D can catch up with me.

Course I expect you've already had that conversation... that is a bi-weekly convo in my house. If you took a look around, you would see many toys there either. Some how with an equal # of votes in the house...I get out voted.

Sheesh, take a mornin' off to hang lights and finish the electrical in my basement and I come back to over 2 pages of posts.
First off, I have already secured a hiding spot, so as soon as I post this next blurb, I am running for dear life straight to it. Someone please let me know when Mrs ND puts down the butcher knife, 'kay?
Dave, diesels are made to pull and pull a lot. Big stuff. You are gonna have to go shopping for some stuff to pull. BIG RVs, BIG boats, BIG enclosed snowmobile trailers full of snowmobiles, ATVs, bikes, and stuff; mebbe there should be a Camp Chickenbuck skidloader? Not pulling with a diesel is like buying a race car and driving it less than 30 mph to go get milk. Or...OR in terms that Mrs ND could understand, it is like buying a big, honkin' diamond ring and never wearing it....ever.
I got my bottled water, dried fruit, etc. Gents, if by chance she catches me, write something flashy on my tombstone.
What you do today is important, you are trading a day in the rest of your life for it.

And of course you'll have to put a reciever on that camper to pull the boat to the lake with you. By the way, want to buy a 19' Ranger by chance. Deep V, Fast, new electronic...

Mmmm, beer, new toys, hidey holes, upset fraus. Yup, I fit here. Thanks for the welcome guys. MrsND go ahead and get ol' forky toes if you must. I have to get through a PDog shoot and a couple of pig hunts before I can even think about deer yet; but since it's already over 70 degrees and headed for 80 here, I may need to go plant the food plots pretty quick. As an aside, I forgot that I had ordered a .223 back in January, so I picked up a new Handi .44 Mag last week. MrsB was a little ticked when the store called yesterday and said that the .223 was here. Oh well, new shoes for Mama I guess.
