Does anyone know where to find a drop-in replacement stock for a Model 70 WSM Stainless Classic?
The only ones I can find are factory (too expensive) and Hoague (problems with facial hair).
My wood working skill are zip so I need it to be drop-in. Having to finish the outside and glass bed the action would not be a problem.

Assume you are looking for wood or laminate? If so, here are a couple. Richards microfit stocks: http://www.rifle-stocks.com/Boyds: http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/

Ram Line should also have one.
There is, in my experience, NO "drop-in" stock, that will not be improved by a good glass-bed job. I've done dozens.

HS Precision... http://www.hsprecision.com/shop/stocks/pss092.htmlI've bought 2 of these for Remingtons. They were drop ins and fit quite nicely. Had to use a knife for about 10 minutes on one for a very minor tweaking to get a new Williams bottom plate to fit. These are well made, include aluminum bedding block. And I think reasonably priced. Lots of different finishes available.
