have the opportunity to buy a 33.....would one in excellent condition be worth $160? Also should I just save my money for a 35P or just get a Millenium?

Thanks

They can't be fixed if they die, I know... Oehler did us a good trade up on a 35 whne the 33 died since I was using it to work on junior highpower load testing mostly...

I wouldn't give 50 bucks for it personally.

We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

are they that bad or just the fact that if it does die it's done? I don't/haven't seen much talk about a good replacement for the Oehler 35

The M33 isn't nearly as good as a M35 or CED M2, and as noted, parts aren't easy to find.
The don't make the M35 anymore, and the prices of existing ones are outrageous.
The CED M2 is just as good.......
(Although I still like the third screen on my M35)

I've had mine for 20 years and the only time it skips a beat is when the batteries get low, which is very seldom. For $160 bucks, I'd scoop it up in a heart beat.

I shouldn't have suggested the M33 isn't good--it is good. And it's a whole lot better than a Chrony.......

But for $200 one can get a M2.
