I'm looking at a 219 in 30/30 made in Utica. Does anybody know if these recievers were originally blued or case hardened? It seems like all of the ones I see from Utica are blued and the ones from Chicopee Falls are case hardened.

In the 1938 catalog it says the frames on the 219s were polished and blued.
