Does anyone have one of these? I was considering getting a Mec last winter and then RCBS announced that the Mini G would be released in April so I decided to wait and see how it turned out.

Jeff,

With the overwelming responce you've gotten so far, I'll throw in 2-cents worth.

Although the new RCBS loader looks like a nice unit;

Go with the tried and true Mec, you'll be happy with it.

Parts like wad guides, shot and powder bushings, charge bars, are all readily available almost everywhere.

Yeah,with all the traffic this part of the board gets,I thought I'd be inundated with replies! After I posted this I looked at midway and they'v gotten at least one returned and nobody at the shotgunworld forum thinks much of the little hoppers on it.Maybe later between seasons I'll look into the Mecs. I don't really need to be loading 3 1/2 inchers to be shooting in that Marquis De Sade's excuse for a shotgun anyway.

I didn't think much of those dinky little hoppers either, I like the big clear tubes, especially on my old progressive, you can get tunnel vision about the task at hand and not watch your hoppers, be out of powder or shot before you know it.
