The new BowHunter Chuck Adams Edition laser rangefinder from Bushnell is designed specifically for bow hunters and it is good enough to carry the signature of Chuck Adams, one of the worlds' most experienced and respected bow hunters.
The new BowHunter features Angle Range Compensation (ARC) Bow Mode technology. Archers can use the ARC feature to determine the true horizontal distance from 5 to 99 yards with shooting angles of -90 to +90 degrees when shooting uphill, downhill or from a tree stand. With the push of a button, the BowHunter displays line-of-sight distance, the angle and true horizontal distance to help the shooter determine the correct sight pin for optimal accuracy.
The vertical configuration allows one-handed operation, and the 20mm objective, fully-coated optics and a 4x eyepiece to provide bright, crisp images at any distance. It can be set up to provide distance in yards or meters and will provide accurate readings from 5 to 800 yards.
The BowHunter is rain proof and is available in Realtree AP Camo. It also comes with a carrying case and 9-volt battery. Suggested retail price is $249.
