I am looking for a good propane deep fish fryer. Can anyone tell what is good, what to avoid? Anyone have any experience?

I have several cookers. The very best, is one that i made about 20yrs. ago. It is a metal milk crate, a tobacco barn burner, and galvanized pipe screwed together and welded to the crate. Works great, has two(inside&outside) burners for as much heat as you want. Good luck on finding the burner and crate.
