I've got a nice side-mount on my 94. Bought it in the fall from S&K. Killed my largest deer ever with 94 and scope in November, and shot a bobcat about 5 seconds later.

I don't care how well Miroku makes guns, if FN can't make the 94 in America, and put some Americans back to work, screw them.

Junior, how bad does the Mossberg shoot cast? I have been thinking I want one.... and I like shooting cast bullet reloads for plinking.

You'd have to keep the velocity a little lower than you might would like due to the RPMs tearing the bullet apart. I've found 120,000 rpms to be max with my wheelweight alloy.

1-10 @ 1650 fps = 118,800 rpms
1-10 @ 2000 fps = 144,000 rpms

1-12 @ 2000 fps = 120,000 rpms

Miroku 'Winchester 94' don't fly. An '86, maybe. But they already tried that, didn't they? Heck, a Miroku '94 makes about as much sense as a Ruger AR-15! {{{Yeah, I know, already!}}}
