I've had my 64f for 2 years now, ran about 500 rounds total
and have stripped it down this spring as per the manual for a good cleaning.
I now find that every couple of clips, the brass will eject but
the new round will get jammed when the bolt attempts to feed.
Could it be the mag isn't aligning properly in the well?
Is this a common occurence with the 64f or any possible comments?

Very possible.. Does the magazine fit snuggly when locked in place? Or is there some wiggling allowed? To work best, the magazine should be 'snug'...

When you cleaned it, did you re-lube the moving parts?

It's fairly common with ALL semi-auto .22s Failure to feed correctly is very common.. Sometimes it has to do with the ammo used.. Most semi-autos are very ammo-sensitive and/or specific.. When you find a brand the rifle really likes - don't buy anything else..
