Is anybody here going to the Pa. State trappers rendezvous or the National Trappers Assoc. Rendezvous. The Pa. Meet is June 18th thru 21st in Ebensburg, Pa. The NTA meet is July 30th thru Aug. 2nd. in Lima, Oh. If you have any Questions about trapping methods, equipment , baits etc. they can be answered there. Plus a real good time camping and socializing can be had.

Yeah, Pa. has Mark June, Ron Leggett, John Graham, and a lot of others that are pretty well known in the east. I don't know about the NTA but they usually have some pretty good names. To me it doesn't matter who it is, I can always pick up some ideas, so I attend as many demos as I can.

Admittedly, I am a westerner but I will tell you that these kinds of gatherings represent an incredible concentrated wealth of trapping info, there, just for the asking. Trappers know. Trappers share. They are able to think like animals. The true cognoscenti of the outdoor world.
