For those on low carbohydrates programs,theses have no carbs and cook up crispy when paired with any thing. I dip in egg that's been whipped then in pork rinds that have been smashed to crumbs.I add garlic powder to the crumbs or any seasoning to your taste,Fried in oil.I have used this breading for cheese,and then fried,chicken etc:Its not only really good its a cheap breading.

Good thought. Years ago I lost a lot of weight on the Atkins diet. I wish I knew about it then.
