Amaaaazing shots smile I absolutely love shooting macro so it's a lot of fun to see what other folks eyes see smile That spider creeped me out though, no lie... I would not have been able to get that close to it! laugh

Just curious as to the shutter speed for the hummer? They've not showed up yet here, but when they do, the wife wants to give them a try.

1/180th sec @ F/8. They key here being a good flash. Flash will stop action very well. Without flash, I have trouble stopping their wings at anything less than 1/1000th sec.

Jasontx: Well the hummingbirds finally showed up last evening. The wife sat out there for half an hour and scored one pretty good one. Need to get the book out for an ID effort.
