Thinking it is mounted too far forward and needs the rear clamp moved until you see that good parallax black ring to help with ear lobe weld on the buttplate.

It looks as though it might need some duct tape and bailing wire to make it complete, but they say that necessity is the mother of invention, so if it works, well, it works. And it is even homelier than a Savage 110 series!
