FS: Winchester 670 30-06 #3339686 09/27/09

OP Aardvark Campfire Regular Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 613 South Texas	For thos of you who do not know, the 670 IS a model 70 in lesser glam. It is not the fancy stock or deep blue polish,but that is all. This gun is all model 70 where it counts, in the receiver, barrel, trigger and accuracy. This is a very nice, clean 30-06 that shows no pitting or cracks in the wood. The bore is shiny and good strong rifling. This is a solid shooter/hunter. I can't tell for certain on this one. That piece of info might help to move it. Sometimes, the air you 'let in'matters less than the air you 'let out'.

Oakster Campfire Tracker O Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 4,121 Wyoming	I have a .243 that looks just like this, except it has a coyote paw print burned into the bottom of the pistol grip. Have yet to shoot the gun. Seems to be all that Aardvark has stated about the model. I really liked the light stock and its nice to see another out there just like it.
