Post pictures of your deer harvest for the 2009-10 season. I'll start. Pa. archery, 10/17/09 5:30 pm. Not the biggest but I was so excited after I shot, it took me 15 minutes to calm down enough to get out of my climber.

Here is my 4X4 that I shot in Eastern Oregon 10-3-2009. In full velvet? Only had one testicle the size of peewee marble? Used Tikka T3 in .338FED. 125 yard shot. .200gr Fusion bullet recovered and it retained 175.1 gr.

Fist, Cute little girl you've got there. Great shooting and nice buck.
Man, 100gr of powder. Pound of powder won't last long at that rate. I'm running 58 gr's of H4350 in my 06 which is 1 gr short of max.

Thanks guys. Yeah, a lb of powder goes pretty quick in that thing. But, it can really reach out and knock things down. The exit wound you can see on that shoulder is from about 400 yards best I can figure.
I'm going to knock over a doe with my son hopefully in the next day or two, probably with an 06, but I'm only burning 56 grains of H4350. But with an old Weaver that I swear is -2.5 power.

Nice hunting gals and guys. My first whitetail hunt for 2009 will start on NOV. 7 I have the feeling that this year will be another one for a wall hanger.
