actually this was oct 7 i had forgot to put it on here i thought y'all might enjoy

Today is the greatest day in the history of deer hunting in TN.
I am so tore up still I know Granny is looking down smiling.
Tyler killed on Grannys land ( my place) tonight.
After 2 years of trying hard Tyler did it tonight with archery equipment. At six he killed several squirrels with a 22lr at distances of 30 yds, at 7 he killed a big longbeard turkey with crossbow @ 28 yds, and tonight at 9 years old a nice 8pt with crossbow @ 19 yds.
I called joey told him to get ready this boy is going on the wall

well after sat night's bad night in davidson co tyler wanted to take a break from hunting so we did, but tonight with the weather fixing to get weird and warm up and to day in the 60's i told him we need to go tonight he said lets go at 5 i said 5 30 well we went at 5:15
this boy eased up the holler and right to us at 5:50 this eve
well tyler got real nervous saying he couldnt do it, i feel after the bad shot sat ( my fault and the limb of xbow hit the blind) he was nervous i told him to calm down this is it the moment of truth he said i cant do it i told him never say cant now straighten up he took deep breath and got on him
he still hit em high and he dropped in his tracks, how ever we got down and got tyler's shooting stick and he put a finishing shot on him

he was pumped i was pumped words cant express the joy
this has been a rough year for him with his mama leaving us but tonight no worries we are on cloud nine

and not that any of u will care but as i was taking pics in the woods i got attacked by yello jackets got sting on cheek behind ear back n neck i am hurting but oh well

I am SO surprised that your shirt is still in one piece. It should have torn to shreds with your chest buldging so. You have EVERY reason to be proud beyond words. Congratulations to BOTH of you. There my friend is the future of hunting!!!!!!!

Mr. DEER ASSASSIN;
Thanks for putting up the story and accompanying pics of your sons first deer, some of the photos are really priceless.

Please send along a hearty well done to him on that nice buck.

Id like to send a tip of the hat your way for teaching him what we all love so much. Its always great to see the next generation on here. Well done sir!

Thanks again,
Dwayne
