Try either 129 gr Hornady SPs over a max load of R19 or the 120 gr Nosler BT with 4350. Both loads work very well in my M84.

RE19...H4831sc are good choices for most 260 loads....I like 130+ gr bullets.....this three shot group target pic is from my 17# target/varmint 260 Ack Imp...testing some 130 gr NAB's...seems to work.....

My Rem LSS Mountain Rifle loved 125 Nosler Partitions or 120 BT over 46gr of RL-19.

Thats a good start You can't go wrong with RL19 and 125-140 Partitions for a good old fashioned ass whoopin on the muzzle side of things. I've had pretty good luck too with 100 grain Partitions over H4350. Lately I've been shooting the 100 BTs too, they group okay

for 100 grainers, my standard is 43.5 grains of IMR 4064 with an MV of 3350 out of a 22 inch Ruger Barrel..accuracy imitates what tikkanut is getting with his accubomb load...this load is about 1/2 grain of what is listed in the Nosler manual... that has a 3 x 9 Leupold scope with a target dot for that load..open country use..
I developed it from 6.5 Swede data and working up..before Nosler had the round listed in their book...
I have found that it is not a very finicky cartridge to work with..
since I hunt at woods ranges near the house, I have settled on a standard charge of 35 grains of IMR 4064, IMR 4895 or RL 15 with 129 and 140 grain bullets...with a 1.5 to 4.5 scope on top..
for the 120 and 125 grain Noslers, I use a variety of what is listed from Nosler's manual..all working quite well...
loading for an older friends same rifle...I load 44 grains of IMR 4350 with a 140 grain corelokt, which gives an MV of 2750..and it turns in 3 shot groups all touching most of the time...if they don't..it was the shooters fault not the load or rifle's..

120gr Nosler Ballistic Tips and 40gr of Varget works really well in mine. Seat them long.

Not a M84 but a 260 Rem none the less. Right now I'm running a 140gr Accubond close to max. charge at 44.7grs of RL-19 out of my factory Sako M75 and am having good luck. +1 on probably having to seat them long. My COAL is 2.901" and I'm still .014" off the lands. If I wanted to chase I could get within .008" or so but that's the longest I could go while still clearing in my magazine.

RL-19 and the Speer 120 shine in my 260. Put the hurt on a pile of deer and a few antelope. I have head shot a few turkeys with it back home in TX.
