I prefer the Tang Saftey and adjustable trigger on the Ruger 77 but also prefer the controled feed and Mauser type ejector of the Ruger 77 Mark II. What would be involved in using a Mark II Bolt in the older type 77 and have the best of both worlds?

Since the earlier M77 used a plunger type ejector in the bolt, it would be necessary to alter the receiver to accept the blade type ejector as used on the MKll. Not an easy task. GD
