Nice. Wish we could shoot those here. I would love to see what my lab would do.

Curious same beforehand, The Beast retrieved 'em like giant ducks. Got mine on video, but the footage looks like garbage.

Very Nice! The only thing better is if they caught on fire falling out of the sky! (Always wished sandhill crane's would do that)

We could use a Swan season here in Mass. Theyre taking over. We always talk (in the blind, as they fly by) about em...imagine if we could shoot...?
They are a very cool bird. Im curious, did you eat em? What kind of recipe if so?

Not yet, having more than a few dux in the freezer, and am working on it a couple times a week.

Guessing it's gonna taste like monster duck, after watching 'em tipping/feeding.

Both were spot N stalk. I had a 45 minute belly crawl, and an under twenty yard shot. We easily could have killed around a dozen daily (7 days in NoDak), as they literally seemed everywhere.

I wonder if they make Swan Mojo's? I could see myself gettin whacked up side the head pullin it out of the water!

Now that i think about, Swans dont exactly drop in by the 20 at last call!!!..(on a good day)! I like the stalk. My son stalked...and spooked some turkeys in NH this fall. Hes learning how to slow down. And hurry up.

Let me know how it was on the table. I got some pheasant/duck ready for gumbo.
