Easier to just pick em up & rock em for a while...or make the dog get in there with them.

If you are going to teach them to sleep in their own bed you gotta try everything.I wish him luck.

We always had our newborns sleep in between us until they were weaned. Some times that was up to 5 years old. It's the old mountain way. It makes for a very close knit family. YMMV

It wasn't the father who put a lump in my throat.
That's one lucky father.

Cute. Glad he got it on video.
I saw a movie where only the military and the police had guns. It was called Schindler's List.

I miss those days. Ours would do the very slow sneak into our bed. Just barely moving.Funny to watch. Then they would do the leg hook to make sure I didn't escape.

I never had to crawl into the crib but my son wanted someone to lay down in bed with him until he was about 8 years old. Lots of times, I thought he was asleep and started to get up, just to hear "Where are you going?
I turned the tables a few times tho. He would go down stairs and tell Mom "Dad is snoring and I can't go to sleep".
Now he's 14, things sure change.

Man, that is adorable and hilarious at the same time. I used to do that lots of times when my son was that age. I may technically only have been a father for over 3 years, but I learned quickly that there's nothing us dads won't do for our restless kids. God bless that dad for being a dad and getting it on video.
