Here is a little somethin' that goes well at hunting camp.

Use a cast iron Dutch type oven.
Use three or four kinds of sausage.
Use a little olive oil to start.
Cook bacon bits until done and add chopped onions and garlic, saute' until tender.
Add some stone ground mustard. One spoon full.
Put in one layer of sausage.
Add one layer of sauerkraut.
Put in one more layer of sausage.
Add one more layer of sauerkraut.
Add another spoon full of stone ground mustard.
Add one more layer of sausage.
Add one more layer of sauerkraut.
Add some more mustard.
Then add the secret ingredients, one SCHMIDT beer.
Do this process until you run out of ingredients or the pot is full.
