I am a big fella(330 6-1) & I do a lot of woods-loafing and i need an across the chest holster that is large enough,i tried EPS with no responses,any suggestions?

the problem that I have is that most of straps won't fit around my blubber.

You might check into Uncle Mikes Guide holster. Rides left of center on chest. Being made of nylon, it's fairly inexpensive and you could probably extend the straps if need be using nylon webbing.
I found it a Natchez Shooters Supply for a bit over $32, but I'm sure it's widely available.

I often carry my hunting revolver in a holster across my chest. Some years back, I designed the holster and had a local leather worker produce it for me. I wanted a full flap holster to protect the revolver, and the chest carry keeps it dry when I am wading in a swamp.
