I have on loan a handgun I'm not familiar with. It is a Becheverria Eibar-Spain in .45ACP. I haven't taken it to the range, so I don't know how it fires or handles. If anyone has any experience or reviews of this handgun, I'd appreciate your input.

Does it look like this?

If so, other than lacking a grip safety and plunger tube (and has an external extractor), it operates exactly like a Colt Government Model 1911.
