Easy to make and very good....

1 stick of butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 qt. of half & half
1 (14.75-oz.) can cream style corn
1 (14.75-oz.) can shoe peg corn
2 Tbl. liquid crab boil
1 lb. crab meat ( I use canned crab meat )
Grated cheddar cheese, if desired

Saute' green onion in 1 stick of butter. Add all other ingredients, except cheese. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. If desired, add cheddar cheese a little at a time until tastes suits you. Freezes well. Serves 10
