I know there was thread on here a while back with pics. I can't seem to find it. Please post pics and specs of your builds. Include the weight also.
Thank you.

Currently waiting on lefty Rem 700, Holland lug, PTG firing pin, bolt shroud and bottom metal, #2 Hart barrel at 23.5 with 8 twist, bedded in Mcmillan Hunters Edge in gray. All metal coated with black t and bolt fluted by Karl. Plus a campfire shifter on it.
Should be getting the call any day now......Estimating at 6 pounds 8 ounces, but will post actual once I get it.

Good! Personally I prefer the 264 Win. Mag.; it's a 6.5-06 on steroids!

Here are some pics of my late friend SharpsShooter's 6.5-06. Nesika Action, Krieger Barrel, McMillan Stock, assembled by Score High Gunsmithing of Albuquerque. It is a VERY good shooter... John

Sactroller's looks interesting.
Hondo: Too classy for me. I don't polish up well. I'd bet the groups are under .5

Here is my 6.5-'06 Ackley. Mauser action, Wilson barrel, Timney trigger. I did all the work on the 50 dollar epay stock, Mun Ebony tips, rather decent checkering, Boyds pad. I did all the polishing jewel work and bluing. One of my first builds and I still have it. Nice rifle and effective deer killer. Weighs 8 pounds 2 ounces with the scope. Regards, Rick.

I'm thinking of running a 26" pipe. Anyone played with both 24" and 26". Velocity difference worth the 2" ?

Brown Precision that I bedded and painted. Lothar Walther barrel, Talleys and a Zeiss 3x9x36 MC . It's actually a 6.5x64 Brenneke.

I have grown fond of mine
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.

Rick that is one classy rig. No flies on any of them here, but yours is takes the prize, IMHO.
