Gentlemen like Mr. Cornrows are in abundance in our area and are dragging down the community.The pressing charges part was a hoot especially when the white guy walked away.
Many long years ago when I worked for a couple of brothers...not black brothers but real actual brothers who owned a ski resort in Wisconsin, 5 drunk punks broke a 300 dollar plate glass window on their way out the door and I naturally followed the two brothers to back them up. They were in their 50s at the time.
When we got into the parking lot the five formed a little semi-circle around us and started taunting the "oldest" brother about coming to get it. He walked up to the biggest and baddest of the punks and poleaxed him with an uppercut that no one saw coming. The odds suddenly changed and the other guys were reaching for their wallets. They even took money from the down and out guy's wallet to help pay for the window.
I thought the guy was dead...but he eventually started doing the funky chicken on the ground and came to a little while later. No charges filed and no law suits.
