I did a search and couldn't find any serious discussion or opinion on Wolf primers (and if I missed it, I apologize). I have an opportunity to buy several thousand on the cheap and was wondering about your experiences.

Some of the guys on benchrestcentral think enough of them to use them, which is something. Of course, it might just be because 205Ms are hard to get right now..... I've had some offered to me for $25/M and I'm going to try a batch, just to find out. I simply don't get the results from 7.5s that I do with 205Ms, and that makes it harder to hit PDs. I CAN get 7 1/2s, but my rifles prefer Federals by a large margin.
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.

I'm now using the Wolfs instead of my former 205M's. Cheaper available and shooting the best groups I've ever gotten out of my BR gun. I have also had very good luck with them in my TAC 20 and .223. Don't see any reason to go back to the more expense Fed primers.

My benchrest buddy down the street uses them with great results.. He's been using them in practice & competition since the Fed 205 M have been hard to come by.

Yep as far as I'm concern Federal put themselves out of business. Couple of buddys are shooting the Wolf large primers in Palma and winning with them. I see no reason to support an American company trying to screw us.
