Does anyone know the actual reticle subtensions on the new Redfield Revolutions?
Where do all the circles and lines come out to?
and on the 4-plex? is it equivalent to the Leupie Duplex, or is it a wide duplex?

They have their own website now, check out http://redfield.com/riflescopes/Down toward the bottom of the page, there is a description of the reticle. There is also a very good video on the right side of the page called "500 yards with the Revolution". That should explain just about everything.

Well, I'll have to try to get in touch with them directly. I'm not looking for approximations so much as actual numbers.

That's the only problem with a lot of the companies--they don't have a reticle subtension pg. in the catalogs. Weaver used to have 1 and they don't even provide that info anymore--crazy!
Nikon's done a bang-up job with their subtension pgs. in the '10 catalog!
Should be easy enuf to get from Leupold though. They're great with publishing that info.

The new Redfields, which are available with the "Accu-Range" finding reticle SHOULD have such info of the specs page of the catalog, but it's not there.
They have a pair of Charts for factory loads which is rough data at best. Why keep the reticle dimensions a secret? It's almost like they don't want their competitiors to see it or something..
After all.. what if BURRIS got ahold of this info.. They might come out with a "Ballistic plex" reticle or something!!LOL
IMHO, Leupold is screwing themselves out of potential sales by not making this info readily available to guys like Dakota here.-Any shooter who is smart enough to WANT to use his reticle for drop or ranging IS smart enough to read the reticle chart and compare it to the ACTAUL drop of his chosen load.
And... they JUST might even find reticle/cartridge match for their use that Leupold's marketing dept have NOT even thought of!

You really need to know the exact specification to understand how they will work in your individual situation. I have the specifics for my Burris B-Plex and Leupold B&C and can run the numbers for my bullets, velocity, elevation, etc.
