I am looking to buy a quad from CA. The third party is Cargo Lines inc. I have never done a transaction like this before and was wondering if anyone has done this and if Cargo Lines inc. is legitimate? Here is there website.

I got curious since I spent 18 years working 2 different freight lines. Their website says that their LTL division is United Freight Co. However, if you go to that website, unitedfreightcompany.com, it says that they're a wholly owned subsidiary of Expedite, inc., expediteintl.com. So, who owns who? Or is Cargo Lines just 'borrowing' a name.
