Alright guys, here goes......

This is a 700 Sporter barrel 223 that is bone stock as far as the barreled action goes. This is the non-j-lock model.
Haven't fired it, so don't ask how she shoots. The barrel is 24" and it was intended as a donor, but a new project comes along that requires my attention.

The stock is a new-style TI take-off in BDL, with the magnum contour barrel channel. It has been bedded prior to me acquiring it for another receiver, not the one that's in it now.

The bottom metal is mine from a couple years back and it is an older style. I've included some good up-close pics of how the bottom metal will fit in nearly all stocks inletted for factory BDL bottom metal, which is why I'm basically giving the guard away at the price I'm asking.
If you were to inlet this guard yourself into a true custom stock, it would not be an issue, so piecing it out might be an option for the buyer.

The price is $600.00 shipped and insured to your FFL. That's roughly the action for 400, stock for 200, and the bottom metal for free.
Talleys not included.
I can take Visa or MasterCard for payment, so PM me for the details and I'll will process your card over the phone. Please do not give me credit card numbers in the PM.

First I'll take it in PM or on this thread gets it.

So does the barreled action need to be bedded into the stock? Do you have the original bottom metal?

It does, but I was going to go ahead and give it whirl without bedding, just to see what she'd do....Wouldn't be any worse than a Kimber out of the box in that regard.

I've got some factory bottom metal that I can put in there if you want, but it was just a junky, plastic ADL that came with the rifle. I believe it made it to the round file......(grin)
