Bought a box for my 7mm-08 and went to the range today. Shooting the 139 gr GMX out of my 700 XCR and got three 3 shot groups of an inch or less. Hornady says 3190 fps. Has anybody chronographed these loads to see how close they run to published velocity.

I bought a box of 180 gr SST in .30-06. Advertised MV is 2820. I plan to run them over a chrony soon.

I shot 140 gr Interlocks in the old light mag offering through a friends chronograph, they advertised 3100fps and thats more or less what I got. .270 win BTW
